Cards by Bonnie White

Bonnie spent 30 years living and working on her family's horse farm in Canaan, N.Y. The barn closed in 2002 and the youngest of her three sons began kindergarten the following year. With more time on her hands, she began something she hadn't done for more than 20 years - she began to paint again. She also began attending craft shows and fell in love with folk art. For the past ten years Bonnie has been selected by "Early American Life's" magazine for their Directory of Traditional Crafts or their Holiday Directory. Bonnie and her husband Scott still reside on her families' Spring Gait Farm with their three sons, their dog Marley and their cats Mittens and Scooter.

Christmas cards don't come anymore imbued with the warm, radiant, merry, cheery sentiments and feelings of the holiday season than as portrayed on this winter wonderland, colorful, charming Xmas card from artist Bonnie White. Anyone gifted this joyful, jolly, beautiful Yule notecard will be beaming with fine festive spirit.

Against a blue, cloudy, snowy, moon-lit sky, a large, lovely house is pictured all aglow with bright lights and decorated with red and green wreathes, as children in red, green, yellow and brown coats build a snowman and throw snowballs in the front yard, and a chestnut horse-drawn sleigh passes by on the snow-covered street along with a boy walking his romping yellow dog. "Home" for the holidays, indeed!

This Old Town painted Noel card will have one and all reflecting and reveling in the true emotion of the season, when you pick it out and gift it to those specially deserving on your card list at this most wonderful time of the year.
